I am a licensed Realtor who helps home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals in Maryland and the DC Metro area. My non-adversarial negotiating skills, effective communication, and expert guidance gets real estate transactions closed quickly. As a member of Exit Realty, one of the largest and most established real estate companies around, I am committed to providing my clients with excellent customer service, first-class marketing and listing services.

As the child of a military veteran, I spent my early years living in various states and moved to Prince George’s County Maryland when I was 10 years old. Growing up as a military brat and having to move every few years sparked my love for real estate. I went on to join the Army following in my father’s footsteps and after many of my own military moves, I became more drawn to the real estate industry. During my time in the military, I kept abreast of trends in the real estate market and gained a wealth of knowledge on purchasing and selling investment properties.

After retiring from the Army, I decided it was time for me to make my dreams a reality, so I stepped out on faith and Joshlyn the Realtor was born.
